Play Truth or Dare is a free, browser-based party game that provides users with truth questions and dares organized into themed packs, for entertainment purposes among consenting participants.
The Site is intended for users aged 13 and older. Some question and dare packs contain mature, suggestive, or adult-oriented content and are intended for adult players (18+) only. By using those packs, you confirm that you and all participants playing with you meet the applicable age requirement and are participating voluntarily.

All dares and truths are meant to be played consensually. No participant should ever be pressured into a dare or question that makes them uncomfortable. We are not responsible for how players choose to use or act on the game's content.

We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
